1.1 MARKET PULSE USER AGREEMENT

This is a contract between you and Market Pulse Ltd, By signing up to use the services of marketpulse-fx.com you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy.

The conditions provided in this agreement govern and apply to all registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Client” or “Investor”).

1.2 PASSWORD SECURITY; CONTACT INFORMATION

You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any personal information, passwords that you use to access the Market Pulse Services. Any loss or compromise of the foregoing information and/or your personal information may result in unauthorized access to your Market Pulse Account. You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date in your Account Profile in order to receive any notices or alerts that we may send you.

1.4 Cryptocurrency

Our services allow you to send, request, and receive cryptocurrencies through the Market Pulse Site (each transaction is a "Digital Transaction"). The services are available only in connection with the Cryptocurrency that Market Pulse, in its sole discretion, decides to support.

1.5 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to access and use the Market Pulse Site, and related content, materials, information (collectively, the "Content") solely for approved purposes as permitted by Market Pulse from time to time. Any other use of the Market Pulse Site or Content is expressly prohibited and all other rights, title, and interest in the Market Pulse Site or Content is exclusively the property of Market Pulse. You agree you will not copy, transmit, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, publish, or participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any other way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part. "Market Pulse.com", "Market Pulse" and all logos related to the Market Pulse Services or displayed on the Market Pulse Site are either trademarks or registered marks of Market Pulse. You may not copy, imitate or use them without Market Pulse's prior written consent.

1.6 Creating A Market Pulse Account

In order to use Market Pulse Services, you must first register by providing your personal details and affirming your acceptance of this Agreement.

Market Pulse processes supported Cryptocurrency according to the instructions received from its users. A transaction is not complete while it is in a pending state and will not be included in your Market Pulse Account balance.
